about

I was fortunate enough to be exposed to many religions early in life and grew connections to them through various traumatic times in my life. Hinduism's ancient wealth of knowledge was a major support for me when my mother died. This song draws upon my connection with Hinduism through Yama, the God of Death, in relation to the current tensions birthed from conservative christian ideology rampant in the United States.
